THE FUTURE OF TRADITIONS, Writing pictures: contemporary art from the middle east is an exhibition at the Brunei gallery, London; it is curated by Rose Issa. During the opening, Nayla Romanos Iliya talks to Cecilia Johnson about her scultpures from the Phoenician Alphabet series, diplayed at the entrance of the gallery. A study day was held in the auditorium on January 14th, and artists' talk was moderated by Rose Issa.
